Helping out a Sick Baby

William T. Bain Lodge #231 in Garner, NC hosted a cookout for the Baker family who had a little baby girl who could not eat on her own. She had to be fed by a feeding tube that went in from the side of her abdomen to her stomach. The family encountered huge medical bills that put the family in financial distress.

Billy Powel was the Junior Decon on the far right and his wife held his grand-daughter.

Ed Hunt used his company, Hunt Signs, to design and print 50 yard signs to be placed at key intersections.

Several brothers pitched in and brought cookers, made hush puppies, and slaw. The profits of the fundraiser went to help pay the medical bills for the family.
